Two car collision in Galway

Four people are in hospital after a two car collision in County Galway.

The driver of one of the cars and a passenger in the other are said to be in a serious condition in University Hospital Galway, while two others have non-life threatening injuries.

The crash happened at around 1.45pm this afternoon near Corrandulla, Co. Galway on the N84 Galway to Headford road.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact Galway Garda Station.
