Two arrested in Cork as part of ongoing drugs investigation

Two people have been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in Co. Cork.

Gardaí from the Cork City Divisional Drugs Unit, discovered around €100,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis after they searched a car at Main Street in Glenville earlier today.

A man and a woman -both aged in their 30's- were arrested at the scene.

They are being detained under section 2 of the Criminal Justice Drug Trafficking Act at Mayfield Garda Station.
