Two arrested in connection with IFSC bomb hoax

Two men have been arrested after a hoax grenade was thrown onto the LUAS tracks at the IFSC in Dublin earlier today.

Part of the Luas Red line was closed as the Army Bomb Disposal Team examined the device and later declared it safe.

The men are also being questioned in connection with the robbery of a sum of case from a sandwich shop in the area prior to the bomb hoax incident.
