Toddler killed by car in Derry

A two-year-old boy has died after being struck by a car in County Derry.

The accident happened on the Lone Moor Road at around 1pm this afternoon.

Police in the North have said investigations are ongoing and the road remains closed for examination.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact Police.
