Three arrested in connection with €3m cannabis warehouse raid

Three men remain in custody after gardaí seized cannabis plants and herbal cannabis worth an estimated €3m in Co Kilkenny yesterday afternoon.

Two cannabis growhouses were discovered after gardaí, including members of the National Drugs Squad, raided a double warehouse in Kildalton, Piltown.

The three males, all aged in their 30s, were arrested at the scene.

They are being detained at Thomastown and Kilkenny Garda stations.
