Teen charged in relation to assault on man in his 60s

A teenager is due in court tomorrow morning charged with the serious assault of a man in his 60s in Newbridge Co Kildare.

The incident took place on Tuesday evening.

The man remains in a critical condition in Naas General Hospital.

The teen was arrested yesterday and is due before Naas District Court at 10.30am tomorrow.

Gardaí are also appealing for anyone with information about the assault to contact them at Newbridge Garda Station of any Garda station.
