Survey finds country in favour of Fiscal Compact

Up to 77% of people do not plan to use the upcoming referendum on the European fiscal compact as a vote on the Government's performance in office.

That is according to the latest Newstalk Nation survey of nearly 1,000 people.

At this point, 46% of those polled have decided to vote Yes in the referendum, 25% are voting No and 29% remain undecided.
