Sligo murder victim Natalie McGuinness laid to rest

Ireland's latest murder victim has been laid to rest.

23-year-old Natalie McGuinness, was found in a home on the Mailcoach Road in Sligo town on Wednesday morning.

A 33-year-old man has appeared in court charged with her murder and he will appear before a judge again next week after he has been given psychiatric care in custody.

Bubbly, smiley and lively is how the late Ms McGuinness has been remembered at her funeral Mass.

Natalie's burial took place at Churchill Cemetery, Dromore West this afternoon.
