Sinn Féin's annual pre-Dáil think-in is taking place this morning at the Gresham Hotel in Dublin.

The team will discuss the party's approach to the upcoming Budget, tackling the jobs crisis and dealing with the banks.

The party will also discuss the upcoming by-elections and strategy for a General Election.
