Shots fired at house in Drogheda

A number of people have escaped unharmed after the house they were in was shot at in Drogheda in Co Louth overnight.

In the early hours of this morning, a property on Beechwood Drive was targeted.

Two shots were fired at the front door and also at the front window.

An investigation has been launched into this latest incident to take place in the Drogheda area.
