Search ramped up for missing London girl who may be in Ireland

Gardaí and British police have stepped up a search for a missing 11-year-old London girl.

Kathleen Doherty from Greenford disappeared earlier this week, but it is believed she may be somewhere in Ireland.

Scotland Yard has appealed to the travelling community here for help in tracing Kathleen. The High Court in London has ordered that she be returned to the care of the local authority.

Her 14-year-old sister was found by police in London on Monday night.
