Receiver appointed to Dublin car dealership

Some 41 jobs are to go in Dublin after a receiver was appointed to South Dublin Motors Limited.

The group will cease trading following the appointment of Kieran Wallace of KPMG.

Employees are being notified of the decision.

The company says a related company - Armada Fleet Services - will continue to trade as normal.

South Dublin Motors was among the largest Ford dealerships in the country, with two showrooms in the capital.
