PSNI respond to Belfast security alert

PSNI respond to Belfast security alert

PSNI officers and British Army Technical Officers are currently at the scene of a security alert in east Belfast.

It follows the discovery of a suspicious object at Ballymacarrett Road.

The Sydenham Bypass has been closed in both directions and the train line at the Titanic Quarter has also been closed.
