PSNI arrrest two men in Derry in dissident republican activity probe

Two men have been arrested by police investigating dissident republican activity in Derry.

The 36-year-old and 49-year-old were detained in the Creggan and Balbane Pass areas of the city.

Searches have also carried out at three homes in the areas as part of the operation.

There was a heavy police presence in the Creggan and Balbane areas during the searches.
