A postmaster suffered a head injury during an armed robbery in south Armagh today.
The 36-year-old was opening the post office in Ballynamaddan Road, Drumintee, when he was confronted by a masked man armed with a gun.
The victim was forced to kneel for 15 minutes while the raider waited for a time-delayed lock on a safe to open.
The postmaster was pushed during the incident and hit his head on a metal bar.
It was the second time in just six weeks that the premises was targeted.
