Post mortem due on body found in Galway

A post mortem will take place today on the body of a man discovered in Galway.

The man in his 40's was found in Quincentennial Park in Salthill at around 10am yesterday morning.

The body has been taken to University Hospital Galway.

Gardaí say the results of the post mortem will determine the course of their investigation.
