Post mortem being carried out on Tipperary body

A post mortem examination is being carried out on the body of a man found in Co Tipperary.

The discovery was made in Nenagh yesterday evening.

The remains of the man in his 30s were found at a house on Ormond Drive in the town following a call to emergency services.

The body was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Nenagh.

The scene at the house has been sealed off and gardaí are carrying out a forensic examination.

The State Pathologist has been notified and a post mortem is taking place this evening.

Gardaí have launched a full investigation.
