Noonan reacts as Ireland passes 12th and final review of Trokia bailout

"A red letter day" which many predicted would never happen.

The response of the Finance Minister to the confirmation today that Ireland had passed its 12th and final review of the troika bailout.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny described it as 'historic' and gave the clearest hint yet that the country would not avail of a precautionary line of credit once the bailout ends on December 15.

AUDIO: Minister Michael Noonan said the final positive review means the country now has choices.
