Noonan: 'Loads of good things' in Budget

Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said that there will be "loads of good things" in today's Budget.

Speaking outside the Dáil this morning, Minister Noonan said this Budget is about job creation and growing the economy.

"Oh, there's loads of good things in it," he said.

"The approach will be to support job creation, to make sure there's nothing in it that runs counter to a growing economy and creating jobs.

"So the theme of creating jobs will be very strong right through it and there'll be a lot of specific measures for that purpose."
