No further action is expected to be taken after gardaí were called to the Westport-to-Dublin train at the weekend to deal with an incident involving Sean Quinn Junior.
The son of the bankrupt billionaire was escorted from the train after complaints by a number of other passengers about his behaviour.
He was believed to have been intoxicated and annoying other passengers. He was given an “adult caution” at the station and was then released,
Sean Quinn Junior spent time in jail last year for contempt of court over his family's dealings with IBRC.
