New website promotes use of Irish

A new website aimed at promoting the Irish language is being launched today.

Comedian Des Bishop - a strong supporter of the language - will join the Education Minister Batt O'Keeffe for the launch of Abair Leat!

The virtual online language laboratory aims to improve teaching and learning of spoken Irish in post-primary schools.
