Missing elderly woman 'may appear disorientated'

Missing elderly woman 'may appear disorientated'

Gardaí in New Ross in Co Wexford are appealing for help in tracing the whereabouts of a missing elderly woman.

Statia Purcell, 66, was last seen on Wednesday in the Mount Garrett area of New Ross - between 8-9pm.

She is described as being five foot three inches in height of slim build and has grey hair.

"She may appear a little disorientated and unsure of her whereabouts," a garda statement said.

When last seen she was wearing a blue raincoat.
