Men armed with machete and sledgehammer rob post office in Dublin

Gardaí are investigating an armed robbery at a post office in Dublin this morning.

Two men raided the Jobstown post office on the Kiltalown Road at around 9am this morning.

The men were armed with a sledgehammer and a machete and took the contents of the till before making off in a grey Mitsubishi Spacestar.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information or who witnessed the raid to contact them at Tallaght Garda Station.
