The two men who died in the air crash in Co Wexford have been named as 69-year-old Bryan Keane and 58-year-old Paul Smith.
Both men were experienced pilots from Co Meath. They were killed when their plane crashed near Blackstairs Commons on the Carlow-Wexford border.
The bodies remained at the scene on Mount Leinster overnight. Gardaí and the Coast Guard are leading recovery efforts.

The Air Corps will today begin the task of recovering the plane wreckage, which is spread over a wide area of Mount Leinster.
Investigations into the cause of the crash will continue over the coming days.

Head of news at South East Radio Michael Sinnott said: "The cause of the accident will be determined by air-accident investigators and that will take some time. It is a very, very remote area."
There was no distress signal, and weather conditions were described as good at the time.
