Mayo Gardaí search for 61-year-old missing man

An elderly man has gone missing in Co Mayo.

Gardaí at Ballina are looking for help from the public in tracing 61-year-old Padraic Sharkey who is missing from his home in Castlebar since February 5, 2014.

Padraic was last seen in the Moy Heights area of Ballina at approximately 12.55pm yesterday afternoon.

He is described at 5'10" in height with brown eyes, of medium build, with grey receding hair and is clean shaven.

When last seen he was wearing navy trousers, black shoes, a green striped suit jacket and a wine casual heavy jacket.
