Man injured in Antrim shooting

Police in the North are investigating a shooting incident in Dunmurry in Co Antrim.

Shortly after 10pm last night four masked men entered a house in the Glasvey Drive estate.

A 17-year-old youth who was in the house was shot in the ankle and received other injuries to his arm.

He is being treated in hospital and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Detectives in Lisburn are working to establish a motive for the incident.

They are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
