Man in hospital after serious road accident in Cork

A man has been taken to hospital following a serious road traffic collision in Cork this evening.

The accident happened shortly before 7pm this evening on the N28 Ringaskiddy road near Raffeen.

A van and motorcycle were in collision and a man in his 30s has been taken to Cork University Hospital.

His current condition is unknown.
