Man in hospital after being hit by Garda car in Dublin

A man has been taken to hospital after being hit by a Garda car in Dublin city centre.

It happened at Stephen's Green at 12.40am this morning.

The 33-year-old pedestrian is being treated for non-life threatening injuries at St. James's Hospital.

The incident is being investigated.
