Man in critical condition after being stabbed

A man is in critical condition after being stabbed in Belfast.

It is understood the 51-year-old victim was stabbed in the stomach in the incident at a house in Vere Foster Walk at about 4am this morning.

Investigating detectives are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

They can be contacted on the non emergency number 101.
