A man is due to appear in court this afternoon charged in connection with the murder of Shane Rossiter.
The 30-year-old, who was from Clonmel, was shot dead in October at a house in the village of Golden in Co. Tipperary.
Ten people were arrested last week in connection with his killing, eight men and two women, aged from their early 20s to early 40s.
Last night, Gardaí charged a 29-year-old man in connection with his killing and he is due to appear at a special sitting of Clonmel District Court in Co. Tipperary at 12.30pm.
Two other men are still being questioned in relation to the murder, all others have since been released without charge.
