Man dies following Dublin stabbing

A man in his 40s has died in hospital after he was stabbed during a row in Dublin.

The fight - involving up to 20 people - broke out in a car park of a pub off Park West Road in Tallaght at around 2am this morning.

Two men were injured and rushed to Tallaght Hospital. One was pronounced dead at around 10am this morning.

Four men were arrested for public order offences, but have since been released from Ballyfermot Garda Station.

Files are being prepared for the DPP.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Park West Road area in the early hours of this morning to contact them on 01-666-7200.
