Labour proposing to sell advertising in parks

The Labour Party wants to let advertisers stamp their mark on the capital's parks and playgrounds.

The party's councillors are proposing to sell the commercial rights to some of Dublin's assets.

It is part of a strategy to raise revenue to meet Dublin City Council's cashflow problem.
