Investigation launched after fire at industrial unit in Tallaght

An investigation into the cause of a fire at an industrial unit in Tallaght in Dublin is due to be carried out.

Dublin Fire Brigade responded to an emergency call about a fire on the Airton Road at around 7.30pm yesterday evening.

Five fire engines and an environmental unit of the service attended the scene.

The blaze was extinguished at 10.10pm last night.

Nobody was believed to be on the premises when the blaze broke out.
