Indian Prime Minister Narenda Modi to arrive in Ireland today

The Indian Prime Minister Narenda Modi makes a short visit to Ireland today.

He will meet the Taoiseach Enda Kenny, Minister for Foreign Affairs Charles Flanagan and other ministers at Government Buildings to discuss opportunities to strengthen trade links between the two countries.

Prime Minister Modi will also address members of the Indian-Irish community in Ballsbridge.

It is predicted that India will be the world's growing economy this year.
