Hundreds on hospital trolleys around country

343 people are waiting on hospital trolleys across the country this morning.

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected with 61 people waiting for a bed.

it is followed by Cork University Hospital with 45 patients.

The figures represent a 22% increase on the same time last year.
