Greens: New programme for govt will need two-thirds support

The Green Party leader has written to all party members ahead of a crucial meeting on its future in Government.

John Gormley has confirmed that any renegotiated Programme for Government will need the support of two-thirds of members on October 10 or the Greens will pull out of Government.

The Greens will also leave Government if two-thirds of members vote against the legislation establishing the National Asset Management Agency.
