Girl, 6, dies in road accident involving cars and tractor

A six-year-old girl has died following a collision on the Hilltown Road in Newry in Co. Down this morning.

The girl was a passenger in a car that was involved in a collision with another car and a tractor at around 10am.

Two women, aged 24 and 42, are being treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police in the North are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
