Gardaí release two men held over Limerick gun attacks

Gardaí have released two of three men they were questioning about a series of shootings in Limerick earlier this year.

The two 21-year-olds were arrested yesterday morning in connection with gun attacks on six houses in St Mary's Park on March 25.

Up to 15 shots were fired at the houses, but nobody was injured.

An 18-year-old arrested on Wednesday night in connection with the shootings remains in custody this morning.
