Gardaí raid cannabis growhouse in Dublin

Gardaí have raided a cannabis growhouse in central Dublin.

They searched a flat on Dorset Street in the north inner city and found 167 cannabis plants and a cultivation system.

The approximate street value of the seizure is in excess of €133,000.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Store Street Garda station, where he is being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
