Gardaí probe Wickow assault

Gardai have launched an investigation after a woman in her 20s was assaulted in Co Wicklow.

The attack happened in the early hours of this morning at an apartment in the seaside area of Brittas Bay.

The woman was treated for her injuries at the Rotunda hospital in Dublin.

Nobody has been arrested in connection with the attack.
