Gardaí carry out search on waste ground after disappearance of Cavan man

Gardaí have carried out a search on waste ground on the Navan Road in Dublin as part of their ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Gerard Daly from Co Cavan.

Mr. Daly has been missing from Bailieborough since June 26, 2011.

The search was carried out yesterday morning,

Gardaí say there is no additional information at this time and their investigation is continuing.
