Gardaí arrest two in connection with attempted shooting in Dublin

Two men have been arrested over an attempted shooting in Dublin last year.

The incident happened at a car park adjacent to the Islandbridge Court and Bellevue Apartment complexes on the evening of Saturday, November 1.

A car rammed another car at the scene before its occupants got out and ran after a 35-year-old man who had been in the second vehicle.

They fired a number of shots at him, but he was uninjured.

Two men in their thirties were arrested in the Dublin area yesterday and are being questioned at Irishtown and Kilmainham Garda stations.
