Gardaí arrest two and seize cash and cannabis worth €160k in Cork

Gardaí in Cork City have seized €120,000 in cash and cannabis worth €40,000 during the search of two houses.

The cannabis was discovered in a house in Rochestown, where Gardaí also arrested two men, aged in their mid to late-thirties.

Cash was also recovered during the search of another property in Carrigtwohill.

The men were detained and charged at Mayfield Garda Station and are due before a special sitting of court this morning.
