Three men and a woman have been arrested for questioning over the robbery of a cash-in-transit van in Dublin on February 1, 2012.
The vehicle was carrying a large amount of cash when it was targetted at 8.05am at St Mary's Place in the capital.
A silver car pulled up alongside the van when it was stopped at traffic lights, two males wearing balaclavas got out, and the window of the van was smashed with a hammer.
A struggle ensued between the van driver, who was alone in the vehicle, and the two men, during which money was taken.
Four people in their early 20's were arrested this morning and are being held at Bridewell, Pearse Street, Raheny and Mountjoy Garda stations.
