Gardaí arrest four in connection with Offaly murder

Four people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Tullamore, Co Offaly, last month.

27-year-old Derek McDonagh died following a row involving up to ten people outside his parents' home in the Arden View estate on September 20.

Three men and a woman were arrested this morning and are being questioned at Tullamore and Portlaoise Garda Stations.

22-year-old Richard Donovan with an address at an unofficial halting site in Kilcruttin has already been charged with the murder of the father of one.
