Four traffic incidents on M50 each day, figures show

The number of traffic incidents on the M50 in Dublin is working out at about four a day.

Figures from Transport Infrastructure show there were well over 1,400 last year, with almost 550 of those being collisions.

It comes amid warnings the ring road is at max capacity, with action needed to tackle the rising congestion levels.
