Fatal vehicle collision in Navan

A man has been killed after his car crashed into a wall in Navan, Co Meath.

It happened on the R162 Navan to Kingscourt road at Kilberry before 3pm this afternoon.

He was the only person in the car when the collision happened. The man was taken to Navan General Hospital where he later died.

Gardai in Navan are appealing for witnesses.
