€750,000 raised for flood victims

Nearly €750,000 has been raised for victims of last month's floods.

The St Vincent de Paul says they have been overwhelmed by the public's response to the damage caused by the heavy rain in November,

It is estimated that repairs in Cork alone will cost €35m.
