€15.3m renovation of Dublin-Belfast rail service begins

Work has started on a €15.3m refurbishment programme for the cross-border Enterprise rail service.

The overhaul aims to improve the travel experience for passengers between Dublin and Belfast.

A series of timetable and service alterations came into effect on November 16 in order to allow for the work to be carried out.

It is expected the work will be completed in Autumn 2015.
