Emergency services rescue 14 from Dublin house fire

Fourteen people have been rescued from a house fire in Dublin.

The alarm was raised at 3.20am this morning and eight rescue units were called to the scene in Cabra, including fire-brigade pumps and ambulances.

Two adults and one child were rescued from a back bedroom and six others were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.

In total, 14 people were evacuated while the blaze was brought under control,.

Gardaí are now investigating how the fire started.
